This beautiful lodge provides guests with utmost privacy, comfort, and luxury. Situated around a dry lake known as a vlei, it is easily accessible by 2×4 car, and an ideal starting or ending point for a Namibia journey, where guests can explore the picturesque Kalahari savanna on scenic drives or by using mountain- or fat-bikes.
In 2023, the lodge underwent extensive renovations, reopening with 11 unique suites and 2 spacious Superior Suites featuring private pools. The main area includes a restaurant, a cozy lounge, and a central pool.
Trans Kalahari Walk is a distinctive 2- or 3-night guided walking experience, where on the first night, guests stay in the Lodge. The second day features a guided full-day hike with a lunch break, concluding in the afternoon at the exclusive Dunes Camp. This camp, located separately within the reserve, offers 2 double rooms, a dining area, and a private pool.
