- Kuro is nestled right in the middle of Tarangire National Park, just 15 minutes drive from the Kuro airstrip, away from the crowds that can linger in the area close to the park gate.
- The camp is small and intimate, with only six rooms and one family unit. A classic bush camp of old, with a cosy mess area that draws inspiration from the Maasai.
