- Lake Natron Camp is a luxury eco-friendly camp set in one of the most raw and visually dramatic locations in the world! It is home to the Maasai, abundant wildlife, millions of flamingos and hominoid footprints that are between 6’000 – 19’000 years old. At Lake Natron Camp you can make your own footprints in the mud, that might one day be featured in a museum!
- Enjoy a massage in our spa tent by one of our highly trained Maasai ladies.
- The environment is quite extreme and is very hot from January to March, but you can cool off in the natural spring that flows through camp all year round!

LOCATION / GETTING THERE
By Car:
From Arusha you can take one of two ways. Via MTO WA MBU (5 to 6 hours) or via LONGIDO (5 hours)… Depending on road and weather conditions. From Nairobi it is quicker to go via Longido.
NOTE: the road is normally rough. Rain can make this a longer than published journey. Getting to Lake Natron is an adventure!
Fly:
If you have a private plane, you can fly to Ngare Sero airstrip. Ngare Sero airstrip is approx 15 mins away from Camp.
Trek:
Feeling adventurous, why not trek into Lake Natron from the Ngorongoro Highlands on the Great Rift Valley Trek.
